We recommend that you apply your wall decal within 2 weeks after receiving it for the best results. That’s because the longer a decal sits, the better chance there is of tiny air bubbles forming between the vinyl and backing paper which causes the adhesive to dry out. This can definitely cause your decal not to stick to your wall the way it should! Also, it’s best to unroll your decal and keep it on a flat surface for a couple of hours prior to applying it. This is to ensure it doesn’t roll back up upon itself and become a sticky mess!
What does “as pictured” or “reversed” mean when choosing decal direction?
You’re free to choose whether you would like your decal to face in the direction as you see it “as pictured” on our website or “reversed” and have it created to face in the opposite direction. For instance, if you see a unicorn facing to the left on our website and think it would look much better on your wall looking to the right, just select “reversed” when placing your order.

Your order will be shipped in a sturdy tube to protect your merchandise from damage while in transit. Postage and packaging is only charged once for each shipment. No additional fees will be charged for shipments within the US.
- Your order is typically shipped within 1-3 days after it is received. Please remember that your shipping time will depend on the method of shipping you select at checkout and your location. Purchasers within the US will receive a USPS tracking number by e-mail so that they can track their order online at usps.com
- The Express shipping option will guarantee that your order will be shipped via USPS Express with overnight delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes. This does bot apply to the processing time to complete your order. Please be aware that we are not able to guarantee the delivery time after turning your order over to the carrier.
- For Express Shipping (2Days/Overnight), orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business days.
- Insurance is included, and a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
- All orders with standard shipping are shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor day, Black Friday weekend...), or high activity rush. During the holiday season, Priority shipping doesn't guarantee a timely delivery: we recommend you chose an Express shipping option. Orders placed on holidays or weekends begin processing the next business day.
- Most delayed orders are shipped within 4 business days. Feel free to contact us directly to follow-up on your order, as we are always happy to assist you.

For orders to destinations outside the US and its territories:
USPS Priority International - (6-15 business days) $29.95
Deliveries arrive Monday through Friday (no Saturday deliveries). This usually takes anywhere from 6-10 business days depending on your country’s customs department. All orders are billed in US dollars (USD). Shipping times do not include the 3-5 days for processing your order. Tracking information may be included depending on the destination.
Style and Apply is not responsible for any tariffs, duties, custom fees or taxes that may accompany international shipments, as these are not known at the time of shipping.
USPS will sometimes leave shipments at the door. Please make sure that somebody will be home to receive your package. For business deliveries: USPS will leave shipments at the lobby or at the front door. If you don't want this option, please contact us for a direct signature delivery. Even if you plan to use your product later, please inspect your package and its contents as soon as you receive your order, since USPS claims have to be filled within 21 days of the delivery. For your special events/deadline, please consider an Express Shipping option (2Days or Overnight) since the Priority option doesn't guarantee a timely delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction with our products and service is our utmost priority! If you would like to exchange or return your wall decal or wall print for any reason we will be happy to replace it for an item in a different size or color. Please see our policies listed below. Thank you for being our valued customer!
- We will accept returns on any item that is not custom in nature (such as a custom quote) as long as it has not been used in any way.
- Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
- Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects. We will replace any defective Style & Apply merchandise including custom items that are unused.
- Please contact our customer service department before sending an item back to us. We can be reached via our Contact Form on our website or by phone at (855) 337-8055 from 9am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday – Friday.
- Style & Apply is not responsible for return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be made to the credit card, PayPal or Google Checkout account used at the time of purchase. If the original credit card used is no longer valid, store credit will be issued instead.
- We recommend using the original shipping tube for return orders.
- The original invoice must be included with each return.
- Allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.
- Style & Apply is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during a return. Therefore we recommend a service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

- You may cancel your order within 48 hours of your transaction.
- You may also make changes to your order within 48 hours after placing it free of charge. After this time a fee of 15% of the original unit price will be applied since the vinyl used to produce it will already have begun processing.
